1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leptoad.ai (the "Service"), provided by Leptoad Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2 Description of Service

Leptoad.ai is a next-generation SaaS application providing artificial intelligence-driven Instagram advertising analysis, ROI optimization models, creative cataloging, and related tools designed for marketing agencies, e-commerce brands, and scale-focused advertisers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, database structures, or content availability, without prior notice.

3 User Registration and Accounts

To access features of the platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately at security@leptoad.ai upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws, including copyright and intellectual property rules.
• Access private data of other client organizations without explicit authorization.
• Inject malicious payloads, SQL injections, or perform scraping operations that circumvent security tokens.
• Re-sell or license raw AI data insights generated by Leptoad.ai to competing services.

Failure to comply with our acceptable use standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account access without prior warning.

5 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Certain aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.

A valid payment method is required to process payments. If automatic billing fails, we reserve the right to suspend platform access. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your client portal; however, all payments are non-refundable except as mandated by applicable law or specific SLA commitments.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its source code, database structures, templates, branding, design assets, and proprietary machine learning scoring weights, are the exclusive property of Leptoad Inc. and its licensors. Our logos and platform styling elements may not be copied, simulated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Leptoad.ai disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leptoad Inc., its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
